At Website-australia.com.au we offer interactive web site solutions that are easy to edit and expand on yourself. Web sites are developed in four stages starting with installation of a framework for your site which you can then add your content to. The framework is a complete web site in itself comprising of a Joomla CMS, a RocketTheme template and extensions and (optionally) the K2 content engine plugin.
Basically we start off with installation and configuration of one of the Demos (with some extra components to make backup and editing easier) and then give you a go at adding your content. We provide support for you to get started with your content editing.
After you have had a go yourself you may then engage us if you require additional effort from us. At this point you will know more about what you want to do and what you want us to do. It also gives us a chance to see your content and to assess what may be needed for your site.
This is a bit different to the way web sites are traditionally developed. However we believe that this staged approach saves both money and time for both us and our clients, and provides an effective methodology for iterative website development.
